Deduction from savings
I was admitted to hospital on 15/05/2015 and authorisation was granted for this admission. But still accounts are being settled from my MSA. I have called I and sent an email but still its not corrected. And one has to spend forever on the phone which costs a fortune but Discovery never wants to call back because \they are not allowed to". Please assist urgently."""

I investigated your query and confirmed that some of your claims were paid from the Medical Savings Account (MSA) because the authorisation was not updated at the time of processing. We received the update from the hospital and have since reprocessed the claims related to your admission from the Hospital Benefit.
