Deduct penalties on premium

I was with a medical aid all my life. A broker who has an agreement with my employee visited us, and I changed from a long business relationship form my medical aid to Discovery Great was my shock that the normal premium of around R2 900 in stead of R2091 for me and my wife was deducted from my salary. Numerous requests followed. On the end, another broker from another institution confirmed that Discovery charge me a penalty of nearly R900/m \as a result of new member who did not had medical cover before". This is not true. I am very disappointed in Discovery"
