Dedicated email address for proof of payments to be used again

Please can Discovery medical aid have an email address where we can send our proof of payments to, instead of having to upload on their website . I uploaded my proof of payment on the website since I had Madd an error with my reference number when paying but now it's a tag team game receiving emails stating that my account is unsuspended and tge next day I receive another email from their Credit Control stating that I'm suspended again.
