Declining to pay Doctory's bill

I've been hospitalised last year with two broken ankles. I got injured at the work function and my employer thought they'll put it through the WCA (Compensation fund) and later it was rejected. For this reason the hospital didn't call the medical aid for pre authorisation for my admission. Later the bills was diverted to Discovery. since beginning of January, I've been taken from pillar to post with regard to them paying the claim. I know their policy state the for non pre authorisation they'll only pay 70% of the bill. hence with my case they just reject it and told me they won't be paying the claim.<br> I've got several email send back and forth, asking lots of medical procedures and I gave them my Dr's contact details and the Dr is been telling me that she has send what they requested but nothing is happening. I've got several reference number where I was doing enquiries. Ref ***
