Declining of services needed for oatient care

Was admitted at Wilgers on the 16 April With heart related problem. Everything was fine until on the 20th of April when Dr requested scan for my heart And Wilgers didnt have machine to di the scan It arranged that will go to Midstream for scan Ambulsnce was approved to take me to Midstream but Discovery devline to pay return trip. Spoke yo Discovery teo condultant same fsy told mr medical advisor declining this return trip. My dissapointment is i was admitted at Delta Hospital so if hospitsl that is delta foesnt have necessary equipment to provide services Between Hospital and Discovery Why they refused to take respondibility of necesssry care of the patient need at that time and resort to bullying tactics and arrogancy.

Why do i need to suffer more when i need to suffer more in times when i need my Medical sid most ehy ??
