DECLINED PMB

My son was diagnosed with vernal keratoconjunctivitis by an Ophthalmologist and saying its chronic. I then app**** for PMB ***). Buying these meds and Dr consultation takes about 50% of our annual savings. Application was declined and the consultant escalated the application and just followed up and it apparently it was decline again. NO one contacted me about the application outcomes. if is Chronic why would it not be covered? what more can we do to prove that my son needs this medication!!! this can ruin is eye sight!
