DECLINED MY AUTH FOR NO REASON!!!!!!

I had to go through to trauma today 22 March 2021..high BP, almost blacking out, severe dizziness, heavy head and blurred vision.. I have been diagnosed with TIA (mild stroke) by my neurologist... I went through to casualty... . They called the neurologist... As he is my Dr... He said to them they need to admit me... Immediately.

Discovery Health declined my authorisation. What is the problem?? They are just taking chances with my life!!! I pay for this medical aid.. It's not free. I need this authorization approved..
