Declined

I have been paying my medical aid since the beginning of the year and only consultanted the Dr once now I go to the Dr and referred to hospital they tell him my op is an exclusion. Il have to take treatment first.like I am in pain and doctor can only give pain tablets and antibiotics. Why in the hell do I pay the stupid plan.I am frustrated and disappointed that such a huge organisation could do this to thier client. I also paid for my own medication too what a huge blow
