Declined

I have [URL Removed] firstly I am trying to activate my active rewards but keep getting an error, I sent an email as requested but no feedback. Secondly, I want my plan change as I have been with Discovery so long and is comfortable but I cannot change my plan after motivation because my motivation is not good enough. I have thought of leaving Discovery and did once but I want my plan changed. I can get a better medical aid but I dont want to move due to Vitality. Medihelp offers me a great plan.for the same amoint that I am currently paying. Please respond and assist.
