I am absolutely disappointed with Discovery Medical scheme. You are only trigger happy to decline every procedure that a patient requires. I have done everything my GP has required to get authorization to specialist to visiting the specialist and now to find out that you have declined my hospital authorization. Because no traces of cancer was found on the fine needle aspiration. I am sitting with a big mass on my breast/chest, and it needs to be removed regardless of whatever it is I have.

Someone better get off their chair and see what i have to go through daily. You guys are messing around with my life and my freedom to live better. you want proof I will be glad to send you photos.

I am paying for this medical aid so i expect to be using services.

Sort this out immediately, I want this mass removed from my body.
