Decline Again!!!!!
I have to go for a Gastroscopy on Monday but again the medical aid decline<br> The first time this happen this is what they had to say \ I investigated your query<br> and confirmed that the<br> hospital admission was<br> approved earlier today.<br> Please accept our sincerest<br> apologies for the manner in<br> which your query was<br> handled. I am addressing<br> this internally to ensure this<br> does not occur again.<br> Regards<br> Jashvir"

As discussed we did not decline the hospital admission however pended it as we required additional information. We received this and approved the hospital admission. We sent you the approval via SMS.
