On 09 December 2015, I attended a Discovery Wellness day/drive. On offer was a health assessment, nutrition assessment and the biokinetist assessment. I was informed that the I would not incur any costs as the nutrition and biokinetist assessments would be covered by my medical aid benefits. I made a point to clarify that I only have Extended day to day benefits left over, and I was assured that they would be able to claim from such - the lady doing the nutrition assessment even went to confirm with a Discovery Consultant on site. However, I am now getting emails - both from the consultants (assessors) and from the Medical Aid that I have to personally pay for these services - which amount to R570. My frustration is - why am I not getting consistent information??? Had I received the correct information I could have made a more informed decision!!! Which one of my family must now be ****** of a Christmas present?? <br> <br> I sent an email that went unanswered. I saw that they respond to some people's tweets - so I tried that, to no avail. Now what??
