debited R11 125 instead of R3800

1 June i was debited R11 125 instead of my normal premium of R3800. I called and some Guy said its their system error they apologize.you took my whole salary and you tell me it takes 2 to 3 working days TO reverse the money. thats three days of me and my family to sleep hungry waiting for discovery to sort their problem. when i called in today (3RD), the request to reserve the money from their Finance Dept has not yet seen/acted upon. that meas the 2 to 3 days has not yet been counted... woooooow... CAN YOU PLEASE RESOLVE THIS QUICKLY AS YOU TOOK MY WHOLE SALARY. AND COMPENSATE SOME MONEY FOR BANK CHARGES AS YOU TOOK MY WHOLE MONEY AND OTHER DEBITS ARE BOUNCING BACK AND I HAVE TO PAY THE BANK FOR THAT...
