debited double the premiun amount

My policy no is ***. My name is J.M. Ouwehand. I was a dependent previously under 13 55 13 950 also with Discovery. I have with great trouble managed to open my own policy. Since the 1st of August I have my own policy. I have watched my bank account, until yesterday my premium of R 1493 was not deducted. This morning I have a look and see to my great shock that Discovery has now doubled my premium from R 1493 in to R 2986. (so two times R 1493) NOW the problem is that there was not enough money in that account for this ridiculous obviously mistake of R 2986. Hence I now get hammered with a penalty from the bank and I am probably not insured. I have tried phoning Discovery several time over the last few days and today. I am put on hold,, on hold, on hold, on hold, and then disconnected. Needless to say this is costing me also a small fortune in Airtime, as I have no landline. CAN DISCOVERY PLEASE SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT MOST UREGNTLY. I can not afford to walk around uninsured. Thank you
