debited after cancellation
On the 14th of May I sent an enquiry about a cancellation and nitice period. I recieved a response from discovery saying I have been withdrawn from the medical aid effective 31 May. The broker of the new medical aid confirmed with discovery that this meant my last debit order had been deducted on the 1 may. I have now been debited on the 1 June?
