Debit Order More than Percentage Increase

I am very disappointed with the way the medical aid scheme has treated its client. I have never experienced this and I do not understand it at all.

So I noticed that this month my debit order was R370 more than last months one. I literally had to google to find out that Discovery had increased its medical aid rates within the month of May and not October as no communication was shared.

I was initially paying R3096 prior to this now R3466, HOW??? If the percentage increase is 7.9%??? theres like R124 more that was taken from the debit order, this was never agreed upon nor communicated.

I hope a valid reason will be provided but this is very ********* and uncalled for. What type of a health medical scheme does this?
