Debit Order Issues

When I signed up for my medical aid I was asked which date they debit order should go off on and I stated the 10th of every month as I only get paid on the 4th. The debit order went off today and I do not have the funds to pay for this!!

I refuse to pay for any reversal penalties due to someones negligence.
