Debit order from a non-Discovery client

There was an unauthorised debit order from my account. I have contacted Discovery regarding this and I was told that a client by the name of M Nel has the banking details under their profile.<br> <br> I opened the account on the 29th of January 2016 and the first debit order (value of R20) was taken from the account on the 1st of February 2016. Please bear in mind that I have NO products with Discovery whatsoever and therefore no association with them. I have requested that the issue be resolved however this morning I realised that there was a debit order of R1491.00 on the 1st of March 2016. Now my account is currently on overdraft and Discovery will be liable for all bank charges incurred due to these debit orders<br>
