Debit Order

I opted for discovery vitality which I had to wait a month for it to be activated because it has to be billed from my employer billing system (anyways thats what the lady from discovery told me) then 3 months down the line a R667 is debited from account which I have not concent, I called Discovery to enquire about this then I am told its for Vitality, I tell them that I was assured that the vitality premium will billed from my employer and if this cannot happen then they need to cancel vitality and refund the debit order I never concent and that was a week ago and the money hasnt been refunded, I still wonder how did you debit my account without my concent or without confirming or communicating with me<br> <br> I really thought that one needed to agree before someone debits their account<br> <br> I want my money back
