Debit Order
I have paid my daughters subscription fee for years. Once or more times a year, every year, they suspended her account due to non-payment. I supp**** them with proof of payment and her benefits were then reinstated. In January we arranged a debit order for her. When February arrived nothing was debited; so we called and they debited the money. March the same problem. They then said that they will deduct for two months in April. Nothing happened. We phoned and now they want to deduct three months and has suspended my daughters account again although it is all their fault. My daughter has to go to hospital on Monday for some diagnostic procedures, but her account is suspended. What do we do now!?
