Debit my account for no reason

Discovery debited my bank account with R4 104 without notice nor reason. No one can give me a reason as to why it doesn't show up on the system. Bruce from Discovery phoned me asked me to send him a bank statement and he will update me later toay. Well this was 9:30 this morning. I need the money to buy food this weekend. . . I've emaile Bruce at 15:00 without response. To bad for me that I am stuck with Discovery, if not for my CF and the chance that I might need a lung transplant in the future I would be searching for a new medical aid. . . I will not recommend Discovery to anyone!!!!!
