Debit 5000 rands more than health plan, daylight *****ing!

Discovery Health stole 5000 rands from me through a wrong debit order. I switched my plan from classic saver to an affordable plan and they failed to make the administrative changes on their side! I have been calling them for 3 weeks now to action the refund but they have been no help at all. I have now cancelled my plan with them
