Dealing by Diktat.

I recently shared my experience with Discovery Health. My complaint to Hello Peter was twofold:

1. Discovery were dealing with me by Diktat, and 2. My premium was far higher than shown on their charts.

Since then, in the case of no. 1, they continue their totalitarian ways (this time, Adriane Williams). In the case of no. 2, they partly explained my higher premium, but not all. They concluded, ‘We will add your recent interactions to www.discovery.co.za. You can view and update your queries.’ If I knew where. www.discovery.co.za is a big place.

While it sounds to have authority and style: 'I can confirm ... I can confirm ... As per my investigations ... As per our records ...' if one confirms precisely such information as is problematic, nor answers a client's core questions, one is missing the point.

But that is the end of it, for them. From this point, they want to talk to me, not correspond. However, I have asked from the start to correspond, and now I ask again. From experience, when one talks to Discovery, one is left with an audio rabbit trail, and worse.
