Thanks Discovery for being utterly useless yet once again. I am on chronic medication for Estalis. There is no Estalis in the country. My doctor then prescribed Conti. I had to pay for it myself as you deemed it not on my chronic listing: PRAY TELL HOW THIS IS MY FAULT IF THERE IS NO AVAILABLE ESTALIS IN THE COUNTRY - HOW IS THIS MY FAULT - AND HOW COME YOU DIDN'T LIST CONTI AS CHRONIC. After I paid for it - you listed it as chronic. Now again, Conti - does not work for me - so I have a new prescription for Activelle - again the same process. I have to pay, you refuse and then you list it as Chronic but refuse to refund me. I AM SICK TO DEATH OF YOUR SHOCKING SERVICE AND YOUR SHOCKING THEFT. Sick to death. You should be ashamed.
