Day light *******, the rich are getting richer.

my chronic medication was delivered to me via dischem pharmacy with a co payment of R150 even though i have comphrehensive cover which cover 100%. Discovery change and my medication is now being delivered by medExpress but not before i pay R250 before each delivery and then they tell me the rest will be deducted from my MSA. If that is not enough i went for my check up and had to pay R700.00 cash as the doctor say discovery does not pay them full. I submitted my claims that is R7100 and they refuse to pay and come back with the excuse that i need to submit a claims form and not just the receipts when they internet system does not mention or provide these forms. I need my claims to be paid and i need they co payment for my medication cancelled or i will be force to report them to higher authoroties.
