Daily Claims on my self payment gap - never ending
I've been paying my Self payment gap - phoned them today asking when my SPG will move to the ATB - they are so behind and I must just pay and pay and pay out of my pocket.
When I phoned today - they still did not submit my self payment that was claimed on Friday, which means i must just keep on paying till end of December, till someone notice that I'm just paying and paying.
It is disappointing with the so called professional service.
