I dealt with 3 Consultants at Discovery Health today. They were pleasant , pleasant and helpful. The 3rd Consultant Thuli was exceptionall. She offered customer service excellence, went the extra mile beyond. What a tremendous asset to the Group. Would have no hesitation in recommending Thuli for a promotion within the Group. Her performance was outstanding and she had a bad flu and yet could not offer enough support to resolve my issue. Well done Discovery on your selection process! Thank you
