"Customer Service" - Discovery does not know what this means

"Customer service" is non existent!! If you have an urgent query and spend hours on the phone trying to resolve it, you will still be told to wait 2 - 3 business days as that is the procedure. Feel so cheated - they are happy to take your money every month but the one time you actually need their help - they show their true colours! Absolutely disgusted!!
