Customer service clearly does not exist

I have had to call discovery health on 4 different occasions to ask about the same matter and every time I call i am told that the consultant (Aphiwe) who dealt with the matter will call me back in a few hours and now 14 days after the initial call no one has bothered to call me back.

I them submitted a complaint on this platform 5 days ago and still no has bothered to update me.

It is clear, customer service does not exist.
