I would sincerely like to thank Kat Motloung for his assistance with resolving the issue I had encountered with registering for the Vitality baby program. Kat was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. The best part is that he promised that he would follow up with a resolve and he did. Customer service at its best.
