Customer Service at its best

In a world where the concept customer service is a myth I found myself blown away by the wonderful service I received from Grant today. He was courteous, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly he delivered on what he had promised he would do. It's because of people like him that I will sing Discovery's praises to the moon and back. Keep up the excellent work Grant, your company is lucky to have you.
