After making 3 calls to sort out an issue, I kept losing signal and eventually I spoke to Funi Mananzhe from Discovery Health call centre who promised me to call me back if necessary. What an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with somebody who will go the extra mile to show she cares. ABSOLUTE GOLD!!! Thank you Funi - I wish more employees in this world would be like you!!!!
