Customer bullying

I tried changing primary Dr for the family of 6, the only changed for one member he tried consulting at this Dr they refused us as the other 5 member still on another Dr we consulted on the previous Dr he seen us but Discovery didn't pay. Logged a query and no one is willing to listen rather they are bullying us with the bill and rejected it.
