Crucial medicines delayed

On the 12th August I placed an order for my son's chronic medicine for ADHD. The lady politely informed me that the order will be split in two as it's two different suppliers. I promptly received the one order a few days later.<br> Today I called to find out what happened to the rest of his medicines only to be told that Dischem had a problem with their server and dropped the order. <br> I was not notified that there is a delay - my son came to me today to say he has the last tablet. I called them and then only did Dischem find out that they had dropped the order.<br> Really don't expect such irresponsibility with crucial medicine. He relies on the medicine and without it he really struggles. <br> Please get your partners to take medicine seriously - patients depend on it. \Server dropping and order"is not good enough an excuse."""
