Crediting the wrong amounts

<p>I called Discovery about a claim my GP had made and explained that some of the money had to be credited from what was claimed, i was given a form to fill and send in again. I called my GP to confirm this, then i submitted the form WITH THE AMOUNT TO BE CREDITED, but as i check the whole amount has been credited, WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF FILLING IN THE FORM IF NOONE IS GOING TO READ IT? PLEASE sort this out</p>
