Credit where credit is due

So I needed help with a late Authorisation. I was helped by Nondemiso (I might be spelling her name incorrectly). When I didn't have some of the info she needed, she phoned me back in her tea time and lunch, as she is not allowed to make outgoing calls whilst in line for incoming calls. She kept on trying untill everything was sorted. This gives to show, when a person WANTS to give you good service, that is what you will recieve. Thanky ou so much Nondemiso!
