Covid Vaccination

I am a member of Discovery Health and live in the rural Eastern Cape. I note that Discovery has opened vaccination sites for the Covid vaccinations in Gauteng, Durban, and Cape Town. The only vaccination site that is available to me is a hospital that is 80km away and where I need to be there at 7h00 in the morning and sit for hours for my turn to be vaccinated. Why do members living in Gauteng, Durban and Cape Town get the privilege of discovery vaccination sites. I also pay my monthly membership the same as them so why do I not get the same privilege?
