Covid test not paid

On the 25th December I went for testing after my company sent us home after a colleague tested positive, my results came back positive. Five of us tested positive thereafter & discovery paid/covered all their test fees except mine. My wife who is also with Discovery has been for 3 tests, all of which were covered in full by discovery. Why is it that mine is not being paid? Note that it was also Christmas & I was unable to reach them on the phone all day.

According to discovery, I haven't been referred for testing by a GP. One doesn't only need testing when displaying symptoms but also when coming into direct contact with someone who has tested positive, which was the case with me. I didn't have symptoms. I lost my sense of smell & taste a few days later after getting tested.

I have completed an online risk assessment on the discovery website before I went for testing & according to the assessment I was considered high risk & it was recommended by the site that I go for testing??!
I also have screenshots on messenger where a Discovery agent informed me that my plan covers two free tests per calendar year. please see attached. I can't understand why one of the reasons for rejection is that my plan doesn't cover such tests.
Taking into consideration that I opted to do a virtual consultation as well as the discovery risk assessment tool on the website, how can it solely be rejected because I haven't been referred by my primary GP. Do you realise that on Xmas & Boxing day my GP was unavailable & so was your call centre??!
