Covid claim not paying out!!! Frustrated

I have several covid related claims that have not been processed or paid out since last year September!! Discovery health has come back several times, each time with different requirements to process the claim! The claim is a PMB and yet Discovery tries all kinds of tactics to not pay out! It is such a frustration to have a basic claim paid out!! I will be going to the medical ombudsman regarding this. You pay thousands a month and get no service!
