Covid-19 Vaccine Enquiry

On 24 June 2021, I received my Covid-19 Johnson & Johnson vaccine at Discovery's head office in Sandton. Recently, I discovered that after receiving the vaccine I should have received a confirmation SMS with a vaccination number from the Department of Health. I enquired from the Department of Health by phoning the ***number on the back of my Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card. An agent there informed me that my details have not been captured onto the system by Discovery which resulted in me still not receiving the information needed two months later. Discovery has no designated contact number or email address to resolve this at going back to the Discovery Head Office in Sandton seems like a waste of time and resources. Hellopeter seems like the only way to have it resolved. Kindly assist.
