Covid-19 benefit is a lie

I tested positive for Covid-19, activated the covid benefit, unfortunately on the 21st, I was collected by the ambulance I went to ER cause I was struggling to breath. They stabilized me and sent me hold. Now I have a 3k cost that discovery is refusing to pay,medication I had to buy cash.
