Covered but still have to pay!!! Dissipointing

<p>Went for a list of blood test on Wendsday 15\03\17 and the GP has done all the blood test on list that is covered on my medicalaid plan. To my supprise I still had to pay fort one of the blood tests tyhast was on that list. I phoned discovery and asked them why this is. So they came up with an excuse that only the gynecologist can ask for the test then it will be cover. The lady apologised for the inconvenience but could not resolve the problem. This is not mentioned in an email that inrecieved from Discovery regarding my cover and in was also not informed. I have only recently joint descovery and I am still dissipointed as one moment you are covered and the next. Second problem in two months I'm having with them and it's just not professional at all. </p>
