Couldn't connect in emergency
I had an injury occurred with a knife and was bleeding profusely. I tried to call the discovery emergency line and on my 6th call and roughly 45 min later, I was finally connected to someone who could advise me. Disgusting that in an emergency there was no response! Actually scared me and makes me question my health insurance with Discovery and why I pay such a premium for it as well.
