Correct pre-authorization
I have phoned a number of times trying to correct a pre-authorization treatment code, yet now when I phone message says I have been authorized and I cannot go any further.
I have wasted a fortune in time and money. The last time, after waiting nearly 15 minutes to speak to someone, the agent she said would she phone back when I ran out of air time, but never did.
Can someone please contact me to correct my treatment code.

Authorization No ***4 is for "EXCISION OF LESION OF EYELID" - I have a lesion on my SMALL FINGER ON THE RIGHT HAND.
As I told your agents on Friday and again on Monday - Treatment codes 0363, 0009.
Kindly correct this and send me confirmation so that I can complete your pre-admission documents on your website

23 Mar 2021, 13:20 According to the email I received nearly a week ago (17 March), "authorisation was updated and resend to you regarding the code", yet I have not yet received it. The hospital pre-admission is still incorrect.
