Corporate Bullies
My mother switched to Discovery last year and put through her application for chronic. Hypertension, hypothyroidism and ashma. All essential medications that she re**** on from chronic. For the last several months, I have had excuse after excuse why they won't pay for her blood pressure meds!!! After we changed her meds to meet the formulary that Discovery insists on, the latest excuse is that it is because the doctor isn't a network doctor. I've never heard so much hogwash. Then explain why the other meds were approved?! And when we query this via email - NO response. It's a disgrace!!!!!! No doubt that we will get more ******* reasons/excuses why they won't cover this PMB, required by LAW!!!!

28 Feb 2019, 16:19I've received 2 calls at times I couldn't take the call. I tried to call back several times and it doesn't go through. I emailed to ask them to try me at 2 specific times when I would be available and asked where I could reach them and I'd call back. Nothing!!!!!
In the meantime, my mother's meds have had to be paid out of her pocket even though her chronic application was approved for hypertension, hypothyroidism and ashma. Disgusting!
