Copayment

I am not getting anywhere with the call centre. I had a caesar on 26 September at Christian Barnard and paid the co-payment. I was discharged, and a few hours after getting home had a fever and what seemed to be a bug. I was not sure if this was related to the caesar so I had to go back to the same hospital and was admitted. I did not want to be admitted but they would not let me go home. After I left we got a bill for a R7100 copayment. I have paid this, but I don't understand why I had to pay another copayment on the very same day I had been discharged and I had no choice to go back to that hospital as that was where my doctor was. I also did not want to stay in the hospital but the doctor in emergency would not let me go. I would like to contest the copayment how would I go about doing this?
