Contributions does not go off

Every 2nd/ 3rd month my premium for discovery health does not go off. Then I have to phone every time or make a manila payment. If I wait too long they suspend my membership. Every time I phone them I ask them to please fix the problem there are always funds available but it only goes off sometimes randomly.

For September again it did not go off, I phoned them again last week. The lady said she will respond in 2-3 working days. I asked her if i shpuld make a manual payment and she said no, I can wait for the response from her. So I told her its ok I will wait just as long as the dont suspend my membership again. I have a small baby and cannot afford to be without medical aid for one day.

So I got a message on friday : your medical aid has been suspended... again. This is ridiculous. The fault is not in my side yet I get suspended everytime discovery does not take the payment.
