Contributions being increased with decreased benefits...

I am so disapointed in Discovery Medical scheme. Our contributions are continuously being increased however I cannot say the same of the benefits. In December we went to our GP with the thought of our consultations being paid out of our extended benefits as always when our savings have been depleted. However to my surprise I was told today that my consultations were never paid due to the extended benefits being changed last year. So now you should do a virtual consultation - who knows how the hell the doctor will be examining a 1 year old child virtually if they have ear infection or a throat infection or even pneumonia??? Or you should go to a nurse - I don't know since when nurses have been on a doctor's level??? And if they are not happy they will refer you to a GP - which by the time you reach the GP you might not be alive if you have Covid... I honestly think this is ridiculous! So I have to pay for my consultations out of my own pocket in December because I wasn't referred to the GP by a nurse...NO WORDS!!!
