Discovery Health advertises a Medical Plan called Key Care Plus with a Income Band of R0 - R290 in their member guide for 2016.They also require three months bank statements plus an affidavit in which I have to declare that I have no monthly income. These documents was sent to them. After a few weeks they phoned
and requested me to send them a second affidavit stating by item what it is costing my parents for me every month. They then want to make out that this \amount"is my monthly income and therefore do not qualify.

Since when can this \""amount\"" be my monthly income after the affidavit stating that I am unemployed and do not earn a income.

I believe it is false advertising and something should be done about it.How do you advertise a product that you do not want to sell ????
