Contraception authorised by the Dr via a Legitimate Script, Discovery questions. Why?

<p>My daughter will be travelling to Australia for an year and has received a Script from a Medical Doctor for her contraception for the year. The prescription is for a Supply of 12 months as authorised by her Dr. The Script is dated the 25 November 2016. She is withdrawing from the Medical Aid from the 1 January 2017, that is true. Why can a motivation not be done out of the Medical Aid Savings for the Current Year as there is enough funds available with change. The consequences if she hasn't got the Contraceptive is far-reaching. Please Explain. </p>
